Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Hangers Installation Co ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Hangers Installation Co provides custom blinds installation services throughout Virginia. Our services include:

• Custom window blinds consultation and measurement
• Professional installation services
• Automated blinds system installation
• Commercial and residential solutions
• Repair and maintenance services

Service Agreement

All services are subject to the following terms:

• Services must be paid for in full unless other arrangements are made in writing
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control
• Customer must provide reasonable access to the installation area
• Customer is responsible for clearing furniture and obstacles from the work area
• Additional charges may apply for unusually difficult installations or repairs

Warranty and Liability

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our installation work:

• One-year warranty on all installation work
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all products
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not liable for damage to existing property not directly related to our installation work

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel services under the following conditions:

• 48 hours notice required for cancellation without penalty
• Less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Payment Terms

Payment is due as follows:

• Consultation services: Payment due at time of service
• Installation services: Payment due upon completion
• Custom orders: 50% deposit required, balance due upon installation
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Payment plans available for large commercial projects

Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Hangers Installation Co and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hangers Installation Co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
